CV SUMMARY:       

Liana grew up locally in Warrnambool and finished Secondary College at Emmanuel in 2011. Liana commenced studying a double degree of Arts/Law at Deakin University at the Warrnambool Campus in 2012. Whilst studying, Liana worked full-time in the profession first as an Assistant and then as a Law Clerk.


Liana graduated University in October 2017 with a double degree in Arts/Law and a major in Criminology. Liana then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to Practice as an Australian Lawyer in December 2017.


Liana has been at Taits Legal since May 2017.


Liana prides herself on providing a practical and personal approach to her clients. 


On 1 July 2024, Liana was welcomed to the Partnership by Luke Taylor and Alex McCulloch. Liana is the first female Partner at Taits Legal in over 150 years.

Liana has strong ties with the Emmanuel College and Deakin University communities to which she mentors and provides advice to current and futures students, especially to those  wanting to pursue a rewarding career in law.


Outside of work Liana enjoys supporting the Richmond Football Club, the gym, pilates, reading, drawing and is kept busy with her adorable little Dachshund called Quinn.
